I been playing on my world awhile and was able to catch a three mews so i made cloning machines. I was able to get 4 dittos and two mewtwos. So i decided to clone my third mew and i got a ditto on purpose. So then i sent out a scyther and used false swipe and for some reason i was forced out of bttle and the ditto was gone. I tryed again and notice the ditto was not there or invisible so i instead i threw a ultra ball and got forced out of battle again but noticed the ball was shaking. But i did not catch it and the ditto was gone again.

So this is not about cloning, it is more that a Ditto disappeared after battling with it. My guess, is that DespawnOnLoss and DespawnOnFlee are enabled, meaning that wild pokemon despawn after having been engaged in battle.

well first off despawnonflee is disabled and if it was enabled why would it flee since all i did was use false swipe. And also this only happens from dittos from the cloning machine because i tried it on a wild ditto not made from the machine and it did not despawn and kick me out of battle when i used false swipe on it.

You need to post the console error that occurs when you get kicked out of battle.

There are no errors from console.
Ditto uses Tranform, turns into my Pokemon, and then just disappears and player is kicked out of battle
