5.0 Pixelmon not spawning Nurse and Shopkeepers (Server) fix completed

Ticket description:
So i'm trying to make a Pixelmon 5.0.1 server but usually every village I find does not have any healers or shop keepers but randomly i'll be able to find a village that does have them and somtimes half of the village buildings are taken out like in the screen shot any ideas?
