Can not go up on elevator block in survival mode. Creative mode can. fix completed for upcoming version

Ticket description:
When players are in survival mode, they can not go upwards on the elevator block.
Creative mode can. In survival, screen glitches out and does not travel upwards. Can go downwards just fine.

I managed to derp it into working in survival mode a few times, but 95% of the time it doesn't work.
