[5.0.4] - Lots of legendaries and boss pokemon spawning fix completed for upcoming version

Ticket description:
With the default boss settings in pixelmon.hocon it was making every Pokemon a boss, I tried to disable all bosses with:
bossSpawnRate=0
bossSpawnTicks=99999999

but its still spawning bosses everywhere.

Legendary pokemon are also spawning crazy fast with:
legendaryRepeatSpawnTicks=186600000000
legendarySpawnChance=0
legendarySpawnTicks=32000000000

Numbers that are that ridiculously large will cause undefined behavior.

They were the default numbers before, I tried to increase them to fix it but made no difference.

Do you have multiple worlds? There is a known problem with multiple worlds that are running on different world times.

I have multiple worlds for safari, survival and adventure. How would I fix this?

You can sync them to the same world time, remove spawning for all worlds except one, or wait for the fix.
