Teleport External Move Does Not Teleport To a Healer fix completed for upcoming version

Ticket description:
I used Gardevoir's Teleport after using a healer, and the FIRST time I used it, it teleported me to a nether portal, which was really weird. I used it again in the Nether, and I got a Fatal Error, Connection is Terminated. From then on if I teleported it teleported me to a void where nothing generated. If I logged out and logged back in it left me back where I first teleported from.
