[6.3.1] Pokedollars not working correctly. fix completed for upcoming version

Ticket description:
Whenever I update my Pokedollars balance (fighting trainers or using /givemoney), the balance doesn't update until I rejoin the server or reopen the map. Ontop of this, I cant buy anything from any shop.

I'm on Minecraft 1.12.2, Forge 14.23.4.2705.
