[SafePlace 2.3.0] - When creating safe places on Pokecenter generation, the place is created at the wrong location fix completed

Ticket description:
When the "Should a SafePlace be generated when a Pokecenter is generated in the wild?" setting is enabled, safe places get created each time a new Pokecenter is generated, but not quite near the right location!

What I expected to happen:
The Safe Place would be placed properly at the Pokecenter's location, would register when a player has visited it and would teleport the player there whenever all their pokemon faint.

What actually happened:
When generating the Pokecenter, the Safe place location is set somewhere near 0,0 and under the ground. Like X: 15 Y :14 Z: 15 for example. The place is registered as visited when players go to those cordinates and will get teleported there when their pokemon faint, which makes that, effectively, the location where the Safe place is (and also a really effective "Player suffocated in a wall" farm).
