aren't statues pretty much ''pokedolls'' to be fair? If they were able to make the chizel like a 1 time use kind of item for players that didn't have a certain perm i wouldn't mind giving it out as a donation feature (leaving them as statues rather then an actual item would technically i'd assume make them eula friendly)

as what i said, the pokedolls for survival mod and craftable, not like chizel , and just for the first form of each pokemon , or just the starter pokemons with their evolution , so...
Please someone answer to know if this idea will add in the upcoming version??? :-)

Even if this idea were to be implemented it would be put on the back burner for now because of the amount of coding and resources they would need to give to something like this. Plus the idea still seems slightly half baked with no real reason for implementation other than decoration.

The only thing really needed for this are the models. So if someone modeled and textured doll/plush versions of certain Pokémon (a limited amount, because weight as you said yourself) that would be half of the work done already. The rest is up to if/when the devs get around to implementing it.
It is only an esthetic feature yes; however it is one from the original games. Surely not a high priority project, but interesting nonetheless. Plus we could combine it with the Poké Doll item and allow you to escape wild Pokémon with them.

but i don't think modelling dolls is necessery , you can just take a pokemon modell then make it more small and retexture it , so...
is it good now??

New models would need to be made though because some of the starters aren't exactly up to par wit some of the new ones (looking specifically at gens 4 and 5) they would need to be updated to allow for posing. Also we would need models with chimchar and charmander having fire that wasn't just a mess of partical effects.

No, I find it that if you are to rely on the complex models used to actually replicate Pokémon in Pixelmon, it's a lazy solution. New models would need to be made, with textures. These would probably have to look the part - so a bit plush-y, and certainly less intricate than most Pixelmon. Sky is correct, if this is to happen, then first off, someone needs to submit the ressources for it.

Honestly I think it would be amusing to get the substitute doll. It's popped up in so many games and is honestly under respected... is it bad if i feel this way? (serious question... i'm somewhat concerned...)
