#178193 Actually, the staller here is Chansey. Skarmory seems to be a lead, so you gotta be careful on your opponent's starter. Umbreon should be replaced, and maybe add a bulkier special attacker - say an Empoleon or RainDish Tentacruel.

Beware, for Ice, Rock and Electric attacks through.

#178825 A few things.

First of all, Signal Beam > Grass Knot on Espeon. The only thing Grass Knot is really letting you hit is Tyranitar, while Signal Beam would let you hit all other Dark types (including Tyranitar if you get enough boosts) much harder, making it much harder to wall after it gets a couple Calm Minds. If you don't mind a lot of breeding, breeding a HP Fighting Espeon would be ideal, as HP Fighting lets you beat just about all Dark types in the mod, although it sacrifices the Speed tie with opposing base 110s, most notably Gengar.

Umbreon seems unnecessary being as you've already got a SkarmBliss core going and the relatively few things that can break that (mixed Infernape, Choice Band Heracross, etc) have no trouble KOing Umbreon too. I would recommend putting a Rapid Spinner here to preserve Dragonite's Multiscale and keep hazards off the field, which Arcanine and Dragonite both greatly appreciate. Good Spinners in Pixelmon include Donphan, Starmie, and Hitmontop. In your case offensive Donphan gives you a reliable Rapid Spinner who also has the niche of being able to revengekill Dragonite and Salamence with Ice Shard. On the other hand you're already a bit weak to common Rain threats and this would make you even weaker, so Starmie is an alternative option, while it shares Espeon's Psychic typing it boasts a good Water typing, high Speed, reasonable Sp. Atk, and powerful attacks allowing it to do a fair job taking on Rain teams and blasting past the most common spinblockers in the game.

Dragonite can't hold a Weakness Policy because... Well... Weakness Policies don't exist yet. They're a gen 6 item that haven't been added to Pixelmon. Give it a Lum Berry. I would also recommend dropping Extremespeed for Roost, Dragon Claw for Outrage, and Thunder Punch for Fire Punch. This gives you an absolutely fantastic late-game wincon that can clean teams all by itself after a Dragon Dance or two, and has no problem getting said Dragon Dances thanks to Multiscale. Extremespeed is overrated on Dragonite, especially with Chansey's Thunder Wave giving you some Speed control already. Furthermore Arcanine is already packing a reasonably strong Extremespeed to kill off weakened threats with.

Arcanine is great the way it is, as are Skarmory and Chansey.

TL:DR

Dragonite -> DD + Roost set
Espeon - > Signal Beam or HP Fighting > Grass Knot
Umbreon -> Replace with Donphan or Starmie
