Pixelmon Mod

I was playing pixelmon on survival and I found a move tutor and one of his moves was roar of time.Now I looked all over the pixelmon wiki for this move but I could not find it but I'm pretty sure that in normal Pokemon only dialga can learn this move.However dialga has not been added in pixelmon yet.

You enabled event tutor moves, which causes moves like these to spawn. Roar of Time can also be learned by Darkrai and Arceus this way. The move is labeled as an event move for the future implementation of these two Pokémon.
