Pixelmon Mod

Hello, im in the process of building a map for my Pixelmon server. My only question is...is there a way to make NPC Pokemon? Much like the human NPCs. Pokemon who will stand there who cant be battle, caught and who wont despawn. Im trying to set it up much like the games. Where sometimes you see a pokemon standing by their trainer/owner. Thanks for the help!

This has been requested before, but I don't think there's any official means for doing this right now. Might be worth asking it in the Discord, as that's a lot more active and people might know of alternate ways of doing this.
