[5.0.4] - Shiny fossil duplicate

Ticket description:
Hi there, one of my mods on my server encountered a bug where a shiny fossil Pokémon, in this case an Aerodactyl, was shiny in the fossil tank, but once obtained by the trainer it turned into a regulair Aerodactyl. Provided screenshots in the message.
