[6.3.2] NPC Custom Player Name lags server when loading them unreproducible

Ticket description:
Whenever you go into the chunk of the NPC trainer(s) with custom player skins, it will freeze your game for a few seconds. The more trainers, the longer the freeze/lag lasts.

Do you have a reliable way for us to reproduce this? Preferably a set of steps.

On our server, we have a warp set for Staff, with their custom PNs. There are about 10-20 statues in a 20x20 area. Place them down, then leave the chunk. Possibly relog for the best odds of it happening, then run into the area where the NPCs are. More NPCs=longer freeze/lag.

I placed down 15 NPCs with custom skins, but was unable to reproduce this on 6.3.4. I can't even get it to show a blip on the profiler. Is this lag on the server's side, or the client's side?

If you've got an IP I can join, I don't mind testing it on your server -- might give me more insight into what's going on, there. Send it to me over Discord PMs if you want to try that.
