The two moves Z-Happy hour and Z-Celebrate, the Z Crystal form of the two moves with 'no competitive use' are intended to increase all of the pokes stats by 1.5x, but in pixelmon the z crystal currently is bugged and makes zero impact on the moves. I've tested this in multiplayer and singleplayer to see if using an attack without one of the two stat boosting moves did less than the damage of an attack WITH the one of the two stat boosting moves and it was unsuccessful, the two times I did attacks they equated to the same damage range as each other. This is also visible in the text bar mid fight, as it should say that all the stats were boosted, but instead says the regular line for these useless moves.

On a side note, Greninja is for some reason able to learn Happy Hour, which according to Bulbapedia it is not meant to do in pokemon, maybe it's a pixelmon easter egg but it also may be a simple bug.
