I can't seem to see or find any berry trees in single player or on my server. I've tried uninstalling the mod and reinstalling it and nothing is working. I've tried resetting the server and making new worlds and that doesn't work either. Whenever I try to grow berry trees I just see invisible blocks.

Not really sure what's going on here, I loaded up a world and found a berry tree immediately. Unless we can reproduce your issue we're unlikely to be able to find a solution. Do you have other mods installed? If so have you tried without them and could you provide a list?
