8.1.2 Kyurem-W Can't Learn Signature Move. duplicate

Ticket description:
So Kyurem-W's signature move is Fusion Flare. When you take Kyurem-W to a Move Re-Learner it can learn Fusion Bolt (Signature move of Kyurem-B) and Fusion Flare is not listed. As far as I know there is no way to teach Kyurem-W this move as it learns it at level 48 and Kyurem only spawns in at level 70. Thank you for looking at this.
