So, after went into the hocon file to fix mega evolution I cannot throw empty pokeballs outside of battle nor can any other players on my server. To catch pokemon we need to battle them since we cannot throw pokeballs outside of the battle. I'm using Apex Hosting with the latest 1.12.2 forge.

Could you please provide more information like when you try to throw a pokeball do you get a specific message or something like that?

No, it just does not throw. When I right click the item in my hand ducks under but nothing happens. I do not get a specific message, I just cannot throw the ball.

Did you make sure the oldGenDimensions was set to the correct value? and I would switch it back to default and see if this problem was caused by changing the oldGenDimensions setting.
