[8.2.0] Zacian and Zamazenta don't have Crowned form stats fix completed for upcoming version

Ticket description:
In the stats jsons it looks like Zacian and Zamazenta don't have their Crowned forms. In-game the transformation is there and seems to work fine, but without the forms in the stats jsons they don't get the stat boosts or type changes, so just adding the form with stats and typing seems to fix it. Looks like it may just be a json oversight.
