[8.2.0] Clangorous Soul After cast Won't trigger The effect of "Throat Spray " fix completed

Ticket description:
Clangorous Soul is the only sound move that targets itself. It can trigger the Throat Spray it carries, but it will not be affected by its own sound insulation properties.

Hey there, I tested the issue and it seems that the throat spray still wont carry through with clangorous soul.

Confirm to be still broken in 8.3.6
