[8.2.0] Quest Weights doesn't do anything bug ticket expired

Ticket description:
Quest editor has "Weight" and it doesn't put the quest in its proper priority list in the quest log in-game. As WaterDude mentioned it doesn't do anything currently and would be later on address properly in the 8.3 updates.
