[8.2.0] Many legendaries' Animation missing ticket expired

Ticket description:
Kyurem Black/White: Missing flying animation

Darkrai: Missing flying animation

Landorus-Therain: Flying animation is walking, No walking animation

Thundurus-therain/Tornadus-therain: No walking animation

Solgaleo: Missing flying animation

Tapus: All have weird sitting location and no flying animation
