I recently won the "Monocle Pair" Giveaway in the discord on 7/10/2021. At first for around a day I was able to redeem said monocles then 2 days passed and now I can longer redeem or even see those rewards. I have won other items in the past like the "Dev Hats" and those do work so its just kind of odd that the monocles no longer work. I did report this today to the Community Admin 'Rasgnarok' and they told me to fill this out so here I am. Also btw all items show up properly on my forum cosmetics section.

Hey there, not too sure what's going on but can you try the following for me please.

1: typing `/redeem` on its own, then using the `/redeem gui` command and seeing if anything appears

2: Re-linking your account and/or checking if it is 100% properly linked, discord and minecraft!
