Legendaries Spawning Outside of Despawn Radius in 8.3 ticket expired

Ticket description:
Legendaries seem to be spawning outside of the default despawn radius (and spawn radius at that, of course) and immediately despawning in 8.3. Or, if thats not the case, the server is giving the legendary spawn announcement without actually spawning the pokemon. Checking the server console after a spawn announcement of a Zapdos, it had spawned over 500 blocks away from the only player, in an unpopulated chunk.

I'm aware this is not a lot of information, but I hope at least this is helpful in watching for more cases like this.

Hi, and my apologies for such a late response.

I have been unable to replicate this issue in the latest 8.3.6 release - legendary pokemon seem to be spawning an appropriate distance from player(s). I'm also a little confused that the pokemon in question is zapdos - which does not spawn naturally and is instead obtained via a static shrine.

Would you be able to confirm whether or not this issue still occurs in version 8.3.6? If so, any other details you can find would be useful (Ideally, steps to reliably reproduce the issue but I understand that isn't always possible). Thank you for your report
