[8.3.3] Pixelmon Editor Cursor Bug ticket expired

Ticket description:
In the import/export part of the pixelmon editor, clicking in between 2 letters doesn't start editing in that spot but it is instead offset and your typing occurs about 2-3 lines above. The first line of letters are fine but the rest start to offset. Video Below:
