8.3.3. Spawners Max Spawn Caps Bugged ticket expired

I was wondering why I was lagging a bit, but then I found the source,

Seems that spawners that are a little further away from the player bug out and spawn more than the spawn cap allows for, and doesn't despawn any. This was right after updating to 8.3.3.

Update: Seems to only be the case on spawners that are just on the edge of the loaded chunks, increased render distance and it no longer happens now, still worth noting as not everyone can run smoothly with such a render distance.

Hi, I have tried testing this issue but I am not able to reproduce it.
Try testing it in another environment such as singleplayer world or another server.
If you can successfully reproduce it time and time again, please let me know the steps on how to do it and send a video clip too if possible.
