Alter Kecleon gone?! fix completed for upcoming version

Ticket description:
the two Alter Kecleon´s i had in one of my PC boxes turned normal after the last update, even the Pokedex isnt showing them anymore. I tested it in singleplayer and they are also gone from the pokemon chisel

Using /pokegive also just gives a normal Kecleon

Moved to internal. Keep an eye out for any updates.
