8.3.5 Items not working - Ability Patch, Ability Capsule, Bottlecaps. fix completed for upcoming version

Ticket description:
Lots of items seem to not be working. So far have tested the following and they do not work. Seems as though any item that specifically alters the pokemon statistics in any way isn't functioning, IVs/EVs/Nature/Ability.

Ability Patch
Ability Capsule
Golden Bottlecap
Silver Bottlecap
Swift Feather
Health Feather
Mints
