8.3.6 duplicate

Ticket description:
Some moves does not appear on move or transfer tutores. The movs I found are, wish, teleport, v-create, recover, fake out, sucker punch, soft-boiled, parting shot and heat crash. I have tested it on more than 20 tutors, but no tutor appeared with any of these moves.
