Hi, so I used Florges with Symbiosis in some double-battles and when the partner pokemon consumed its item (one time it was a power herb, another time it was an earth gem), the item Florges was holding failed to be passed on to the partner pokemon (for the rest of the battle as well) both times. Neither of the opponent pokemon had Mold Breaker for either battle nor did they use Gastro Acid. No ability-canceling condition was triggered.

Thank you for the report! I can confirm the ability 'Symbiosis', does not work as intended.
Steps for recreation:
1. Give yourself Xerneas with power herb item, geomancy move and florges with symbiosis, choice specs item.
2. Spawn trainer with 2 pokemon and set to doubles.
3. Initiate battle, let Xerneas use geomancy, florges any move.
4. Power herb is consumed, however specs are not transferred ( shown by being able to choose any move).

I will assign awaiting move to internal.
