I've been able to confirm that the moves Encore and Taunt are not lasting the correct number of turns under some circumstances - however I actually noticed Encore lasting for a turn longer that expected rather than a turn shorter.
Encore: If the user is faster than the target (and the target used a move on the previous turn), they will be forced to use this move again on the turn encore is used, and then for a further 3 turns after this, making encore last for 4 turns in total. If the user is slower than the target, the move works as intended.
Taunt: If the user is slower than the target, nothing happens to the target on the turn taunt is applied, but they are only prevented from using status moves for 2 turns afterwards instead of 3. If the user of taunt is faster, the move works as intended
I have passed this issue to internal to be addressed.
