9.0.0-Tutor don't seem to be able to teach moves fix completed for upcoming version

Ticket description:
Tutors don't seem to be able to teach moves, despite having the materials to pay for the move, the tutor only seems to say that the move can be learned but when clicked, doesn't actually teach the pokemon the move.

Confirmed, the gui just vanishes without the prompt to teach the pokemon the move even with the cost.
