Pretty self explanatory, when in battle the camera can not be rotated, but the zoom function does still work. This inability to change the view does not work during evolutions as well. This may be by intention but I'm not sure so I'm submitting the report anyways.

The evolution camera bug is known to us, but not the battle camera - could you please give more information? What kind of battles are you engaging in that don't produce the movable camera? In my testing (in singleplayer), wild battles are fine, with me able to move my camera by holding my right mouse button.
