[9.0.0] Fortune No Longer Works on Evolution Stone Ores? fix completed for upcoming version

Ticket description:
This one is pretty simple, but it seems as if the Fortune enchantment no longer works on Evolution Stone ores. I have a Fortune 3 pickaxe in my survival, and every time I mine any Evolution Stone ore, they always drop one piece, whereas in previous versions it would drop 3-4 pieces. I'm not sure if this is a bug or intended, but in the case that it is a bug, I decided to report it.

Would like to add on that this also affects sapphire and amethyst blocks
