[9.0.0] NPC Trainers spawned in with movement AI "Stand Still" still wander fix completed

Ticket description:
Steps to reproduce:
- Spawn in an NPC Trainer
- Set the Movement AI to "Stand Still" (this is the default) or "Stand Still and Engage"
- The NPC will still run around aimlessly

Thank you for your report! We were aware of this issue already (Relearners also do it) but I will link this ticket to the Internal ticket for updating purposes!
