[9.0.0] Fishing Log fix completed

Ticket description:
Good afternoon, I want to report the error I found. There is a item called Fishing Log which contains all the information about Pokémon, for example, Magikarp and their shapes, but in version 1.16.5 this item stopped opening on PCM

With the release of 9.0.6 this bug has been resolved - the fishing log can now be opened and used normally again. Thanks for the report!
