Ice Stone Ore - Silk Touch Issue fix completed for upcoming version

Ticket description:
Ice Stone Ore found in glaciers doesn't drop the ice stone ore block when using silk touch, but it does drop the ice shard though, so not sure if it's like Healers where you just can't silk touch the block, but that's weird since the other ore blocks work.

Actually, it appears none of the evo stone ores are dropping the ore stone block with silk touch! I'll forward this to Internal~
