Using the item finder to find hidden pokeloot only gives a sound cue and does not show arrows on its screen pointing in the direction of the loot. When I use it I just hear a click if an item is nearby. I also tested this in creative by placing a loot chest and setting it to hidden, and still found that no arrows appeared on the item finder.
