[9.0.2] Porygon can't evolve with up-grade fix completed for upcoming version

Ticket description:
When you try to trade Porygon with the up-grade then can't evolve. I also tried too evole with /tradesim or /pokeevole and by pokeevole it sayed "The Pokemon cannot evolve"

Thanks for the report, it seems that in Porygon's file, up-grade is spelt as pixelmon:up-grade instead of pixelmon:up_grade. (As reported by a member called Allie)

Will get this forwarded to internal :)
