9.0.4 Power Weight item providing 8 ATK EVs as well as 8 HP EVs fix completed

Ticket description:
When I was EV training HP using the power weight I noticed that whismur, makuhita and loudred were all giving me 8 attack with the hp evs, turns out the power weight was also giving 8 atk evs (tested it by removing the power item and I just got the hp ev)

I can confirm that this is resolved by the 9.0.6 update - the power weight no longer gives extra attack EVs, giving only the 8 bonus HP EVs plus those specific to the pokemon defeated. Thank you for the report!
