[9.0.6] Silvally's move, Multiattack, does not retain it's typing when g-maxed. fix completed

Ticket description:
Max strike simply hits as a normal type move, where in the actual pokemon games max strike will still stay max-strike but hit supereffective/not very effective when applicable.

Hi there,

I can confirm that the move multi-attack does not seem to be changing type while Silvally is under dynamax and holds a memory, which goes against the mechanics of the mainseries games, where the move displays as max strike but calculates damage as the correct type.

I'll pass this issue to internal now to be resolved, thanks!
