Lava pool !!! not appearing for Omega shards 1.16 duplicate

Ticket description:
have been fishing in lava in a desert in multiple places and tried for days on end also others have tried no one has seen a single !!! come up does it not exist or what? can this please get checked?

Is this saying that you are getting omega shards but it isn't !!!, or is it saying that the omega shard, which you believe is !!!, isn't appearing?

and was confirmed to be a bug. Thanks for the report though!
