[9.0.7] Cannot enter ultra space through Pokemon External Move pending

Ticket description:
I was playing on a private server and after catching cosmog and evolving I was trying to use its External move only to find out it kicks me out and doesn't allow me to go into the wormhole.

Note: This is to test the bug
Create New Single Player world
Spawn Lunana
Catch with Masterball
Use External Move
Jump to External Move with Lunana
Loads Ultra Space
Kicks you back to overworld.
