[9.0.7] - Wooden block variance cannot be used as fuel fix completed for upcoming version

Ticket description:
In vanilla Minecraft, these blocks and items can be used as fuel for the furnace. Pixelmon have some inconsistency among its wooden blocks and items and should be fixed to go along with the properties of the base game.

These blocks includes, the Pixelmon version of:
Stairs
Signs
Fences
Fence gates
Buttons
Pressure plates
Trapdoors
Door
Boats

And one more item:
Wooden hammer

All these blocks and items variance can be used as fuel in the base game while you cannot in Pixelmon. Chairs and couches shouldn't be a problem since vanilla Minecraft doesn't let you used beds as fuel either.

I've been able to confirm that all listed items can in fact not be used as fuel

Update: Wooden bases also can't be used as fuel but unsure if that is intended or not
