[1.16.5-9.0.10] Lycanroc Midnight and Midday forms text box too short. pending

Ticket description:
Lycanroc forms in PC background text box too small.

1. /pokegive Lycanroc f:midnight or /pokegive Lycanroc f:midday
2. Press E to bring up inventory, then hover over the Lycanroc. The dark transparent box under the hover text is too short.
