like in desert and there's no desert pokemon, spawned plains pokemon instead. journeymap said the "minecraft desert" is "plains". world area does not match actually it is. Did that caused by other mod？

Pixelmon for 1.12(8.4.2/8.4.3) is at End of Life, which means no future updates are planned as we move forward with Pixelmon to newer versions 1.16(9.+.+) As such, issues like this will not be fixed.
