[9.0.11] - Porygon2's graveyard spawning spec isn't targeting the spirit palette fix completed for upcoming version

Ticket description:
A discord user asked of the conditions for the Porygon2 spirit, but upon reading the porygon2.set.json it appears the second spec set is referencing palette:alter rather than spirit, and as the conditions are midnight & graveyard it would suggest that this is a mistake. I've not checked the other spirit possible pokemon files.

As a comment on the choice of spawn conditions, I feel this could be more optimal as needing one of the grave marker blocks, this would allow players to create their own graveyards or churches. I know such a change is datapackable, but perhaps a change in the default design could be more engaging for both single player and multiplayer going forward.

I can confirm that it is supposed to be a palette:spirit under the second spawning conditions. Alter was meant for The End.
