Can't complete trade with TCG NPCs duplicate

Pixelmon Version: 9.1.0
Forge Version: 36.2.34
Pokemon Version: 1.16.5
Additional Mods: Just Enough Items (JEI)

Description of bug: I had just finished filling an Essence Jar (Blue) to 100% and went over to the TCG NPC to trade it for a pack. However, selecting either of the trades the NPC had resulted in nothing. Trades were Essence Jar (Blue) for a Fossil Booster Pack and Essence Jar (Blue) for a Jungle Booster Pack. Manually putting in the Essence Jar (Blue) also didn't result in the trade showing and selecting a trade of any kind just removed the Essence Jar (Blue) back to my inventory. I tried this at three different TCG merchants in our town and I'm the first person on the server to even craft an Essence Jar so it shouldn't be a supply issue.
