TR Horse Power will not write to Blank TR ticket expired

Ticket description:
I was trying to collect all the TRs in the server I was in, however Horse Power wouldn't write to the blank TR no matter how many times I tried. So far it's the only TR with this problem.

Hi there,

I assume you're referring to the move "High Horsepower"? I was successfully able to imprint this move onto a blank TR in my testing world. Have you double checked that you have a blank TR and not a blank TM? Do you have any other mods loaded which could be having an impact? Since I can't reproduce this as it is, we'll need some further information to find and fix any issues here.
