healer npcs fix completed for upcoming version

Ticket description:
when right clicking doctor john whilst having pokerus, after you heal it says "Nurse Joy" in the top left instead of "Doctor John"

Is there a way to edit the nurse's name? or a prediction to be fixed this bug ?
