Unable to make Zombie Greninja with battle bond pending

Ticket description:
While I was trying to make my Battle Bond Greninja into its zombie pallete it was not allowing me to do so, all the conditions were met. Additionally, I tried it with a regular greninja and was able to do so just fine. Please let me know if this is an issue or if it was completely intended!
